Multiple bylaw complaints made in neighbourhood where Penticton shooting victims lived

An employee with the City of Penticton said the city received six calls for service in relation to a range of bylaw complaints, each with multiple phone calls, in the same neighbourhood where Monday's four shooting victims lived.
